With "easy access" through an "underground tunnel" to the Bricktown entertainment district and the Cox Convention Center, this "lovely" chain outpost draws loyalists; expect "quiet" rooms with "nice-size desks" and a "well-trained, courteous" staff, but beware "poor" food, "additional fees" for both parking and "slow" Internet access and an overall "dated" look; P.S. rooms "by the elevator shaft" are only for those who can handle "hearing everything all night."

The room was clean, the staff friendly and helpful, the location was awesome.

The pasta/pizza buffet in the restaurant was awful and the noise from the ice machine outside the room was loud.

We would stay there again.

Location was great - but the hotel lobby and staff were very helpful and polite.

Nothing really.

We were just passing through but if it was someplace we were visiting - I would definitely like to stay at the Sheraton. It was that nice.

Great location near Bricktown.

Shabby, old.

The night we stayed they decided to not offer the menu in the restaurant and instead had a horrible, over-priced buffet. The man at the desk at check in failed to give us the needed parking info. The heater was so loud in the room that we couldn't sleep. Peeling wallpaper, stains on carpet. Poor hotel...not 3.5 stars! ...read more
